    Em been referencing much more since MMLP2 .

    The thing w/ references.. they are hit/miss.

    If u get what he's referencing the line becomes 10x time powerful.. if not .. its another s-----y meaningless line to you.

    Em had quite great ones..

    Like 'Sonny Bono' in Role Model was GOAT, Snoop Dogg in you're never over etc..

    But he references a lot of s--- that I dont follow. Like the Football (he uses them so much), star wars.

    Usually I use RG .. it is quite helpful.. but still kinda weakens the song imo

    What do you guys think?

    The thing is he does a lot of outdated references. That's what weakens his music.
