Easily better than Kamikaze, and Kamikaze is amazing. And I don't want to hear anything bad towards Need Me, that song is great. Cutting Revival down like this and forgetting about the removed songs makes me see the album in a whole new light. Kamikaze is mostly the same song throughout the album, which works because it's what we needed and what Eminem needed, but I bump this Revival above lately. It's so refreshing. Try it. EDIT: I wrote this while listening to these 10 songs off Revival. I just reviewed Kamikaze again and this no longer holds up. Kamikaze is alien. Bars are insanely good, out of this world.
Sep 29, 2018 A pared down Revival does sound a lot better. My track list would look a little different but I agree. I think Bad Husband needs to be in there, and while I do like how he acknowledges his co-dependency in relationships on Need Me, I'd probably sub it out. I also would leave Untouchable in there as it's a great song and so relevant to the times. I'm glad Em gave voice to those issues.
