Dec 15, 2017 Usually the case when new albums drop, final few tracks have least streams. These streaming numbers being converted to sales are a bit odd? Isn't the spotify numbers quotes WW streams not U.S?
Dec 16, 2017 Tidal never reveals numbers so Tidal streams aren't counted by Nielsen or Billboard. Deezer probably doesn't do much numbers. Assuming this has 200k pre-orders, this isn't gonna add up to much. No one of the songs are currently big, if those Spotify numbers you (@CSA ) posted are the numbers after 18-19 hours of release. Usually songs need around 1.2 million daily streams to go number on daily Spotify USA charts. And the most streamed Eminem song apparently only has 380k after 18 hours or so. (Assuming these are the actual numbers from three hours ago and not stream count after 12 hours or so.) Also, I don't think singles streams before album release are counted towards album units, if that was the case, everyone would drop tons of singles before dropping an album. So Walk On Water's 100 mill and Untouchable's streams (before album release yesterday) probably won't count towards the final number.

Dec 16, 2017 That was after release. One Dance, Congratulations, and whatever the f--- other singles from those two albums had tons of spins after those albums were released. One Dance went number one after the album was released. And it was released as a single two weeks before the album dropped. In fact, it spent ten+ weeks at number 1 AFTER the album was released. Besides, where's the logic in adding streams and sales of songs released weeks or months earlier, to the first week numbers of that album? Why would anyone call it first week numbers if it included numbers from months before??? A weeks numbers equal sales and streams and pre-orders sold/consumed/delivered within that particular week. If total units of months or years old singles were also added to the first week numbers of the album, I'm pretty sure someone like Drake or Taylor Swift would have exploited that by releasing 5 or 6 huge hits over the span of a few months or a year and then dropped their albums and they would have done 4-5 mill in the first week.

Dec 16, 2017 Yeah it seems to be. Way better than the numbers CSA (OP) put up at first. But yeah, only off those 9 songs, he's only gotten 4200 album units in the first 24 hours on Spotify. Don't know if it's good or bad cause I don't know much about how much more(or less) iTunes and other platforms are consumed in America. Who's Koolero? You both got Idris Elba avys(I think) and your names are similar. Side note: I don't give a s--- what he sells, I just like statistics, whether good or bad for Eminem, I don't care.
