Does anyone meditate?

    Does it help you? Sometimes when i meditate for some time like 10\40 minutes, i get relaxed or stop thinking for a while. I love stop thinking.

    nah but was considering looking into it after watching Doctor Strange can you do any cool s--- when you're done or do you just kind of chill for a half hour?

    You can do anything you want lol, you just have the benefit of being relaxed\clear headed while doing it

    Used to during a period of my life. I should do it again. Its definetly healthy and helps u to clear ur head
