    OwI I was riding on a bike on a very late night

    these past days i couldn't sleep so one night i ate a good amount of melted chocolate and that actually helped me sleep instantly and so i kept doing it every time and its actually working perfectly! but i was wondering if its normal cuz i feel like its not so healthy

    long time chocolate bar eater here, chocolate is addictive and is a actually a laxative if u eat enough of it it makes u tired or sleepy also makes u feel real relaxed as i used it for anxiety

    I think it’s more that you got exhausted from sleep deprivation and now you’re sleeping more regardless of the chocolate

    You can’t go to sleep, once you start taking Melatonin every night. I’ve tried it several times and it was way too weak. I have a family member who takes it and helps but admits she can’t sleep without it.

    I’d recommend a benzo like Ativan or Valium in op’s case. Some evenings if I’m already semi tired I don’t even have to dose and still sleep fine. Zero side effects. I’d argue benzos is better, more potent and safer for sleep than thc. Thc can cause panic attacks in some people who wake up after smoking. It happened to me twice because of an edible once and bong rips another time.
