6/7am - get woken up by 3½ year old jumping on our bed
    8am - family breakfast
    9am - everyone gets showered/changed etc
10am - I take the kids for a 2hr walk around London whilst the Mrs gets some rest
    12noon - Family lunch
1-3/4pm - play with the kids
    3/4pm - family dinner
5pm - begin night-time rituals (laid back music, milk etc) and the Mrs takes the baby for an hour or 2 walk so we both get some alone time (I'm still with the boy but he can keep himself occupied mostly now)
7pm - the boys bed-time (this is the biggest battle of the day)
8pm - the Mrs and I watch an hour of TV whilst the baby rests with us. We are currently spending our hour of TV watching cruise ship tours and vlogs on YouTube, just dreaming of our next holiday when this is all over
9pm - the Mrs and the baby go to bed and I play PS4 until about 11pm
11pm - an hour of Netflix (tonight I've started watching the Marvel movies in timeline order on Disney+)
Midnight - bed-time for me for a solid 6hrs sleep

The Mrs wakes up at least once overnight to feed the baby.
We're fairly blessed with the kids sleeping patterns, even the newborn. They may have other problems, the boy is SO hyperactive that I sometimes think he may need meds but when he sleeps, my god does he sleep. 7-8pm - 6/7am solid. Has done since he was about 6 months old. The little girl is looking like she will be the same. She's only 2 months old and to be different between night and day already is amazing. But when they're awake...ugh. No chill time whatsoever. None.

We stick with this religiously Mon-Fri, switching the AM & PM roles each week and at the weekends we will go for family walks together. Everything else stays the same.
Although our weekend may have to be a different days soon. I've been put on a waiting list to be a Deliveroo delivery driver for weekends. I need to do something to earn a bit more cash as I've lost so much with being furloughed from my job recently.

Anyway, that was longer than I thought it was going to be!

Almost same everyday. I read books, watch few episodes of various shows everyday. Last week I downloaded the Assassin's Creed Odyssey just because I'm intereseted in Greek ancient cities. I'm not the type of guy who likes to play video games but since I have tons of free time, what else to do at home right ?... I used to work part time as an architect but now that our office doesn't have any projects at all, I don't do anything related to work.

I also study master of urban planning with online classes but I barely participate in those lately, it's really boring as f---. I'm not sure if I can keep up with it, I don't know if it makes sense but without some architecture projects to work on, It's even harder to spend time on boring online classes. It's just on Mondays anyway.

I finally bought a pull up bar for my door, I do fullbody workouts by Athlean X, 3 times a week (usually Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Sometimes I just do random exercises on off days too. Sometimes I play with my old legos. They are really old but they are really fun to play with, I built different buildings once or twice a week. It's just a way to spend time. Once a week, I see my gf, she stays for the night. Last week I did a good bike trip which was awesome, I took some pics etc. We thought of doing similar tour with a different route this week with my gf but the weather might not be nice... I'm kinda guy that can spend so much time with myself but even I'm really bored of house. More likely, I'm bored of computers, the time I spent on pc without doing anything related to work has increased soo much that I almost feel like I hate the computers. Wonder when I can actually go outside and just sit at a cafe or even a park (parks are also closed. Well, u can go and sit but it'd be a matter of time before you have to pay fines.)

Get up sometime between 7-8, make coffee + shower

    Start work around 8-8:30

    Break for breakfast around 10:30

    Work/shitpost

Another break around 1 or 2 to go on an hour long walk/eat a snack if I'm hungry

From 3-5 or 6 I either do my regular work or work on personal projects depending on workload. I make sure to stop by 6 at the latest so I can have a normal routine

Make and eat dinner sometime between 5-7ish

From 7 to 9 I relax—usually talk on the phone or face time or play video games

Around 9 I make a cup of sleepy tea and get ready for bed

9:30-11:00 - read or watch TV in bed til I fall asleep

Good 4 you. Sounds pretty adequate.

First season is awesome, then it starts to get worse and worse with each season but still really fast moving and exciting. In overall, it's great but the last season is just waste of time. lol.

    - On my days off I wake up at about 10am (need that extra sleep as I’m up at ~5am when I work)

    - First I’ll normally make some breakfast and speak to family, watch some tv, catch up on overnight news etc

    - After my lunch at about I’ll start doing any uni work I have due; if I have none I’ll try and at least do something productive e.g. listening to lectures/audiobooks/reading

    - Then I’ll workout before dinner. I have enough equipment at home for a great workout but I rely on the gym a lot so I’m just trying to maintain muscle atm

    - Dinner. After that I’ll play some Xbox, normally CoD or Fifa, sometimes while listening to an audiobook but normally music.

    - I try to get into bed before 10pm (optimistic) and read for a bit but I normally just end up watching Netflix. Currently watching Peaky Blinders & Ozark.

That’s it really. Sucks that I can’t go out or even see my girlfriend but I’m still trying to be productive to keep me sane. I do have days with no motivation whatsoever though, but just gotta get over it.

Also I’m now realising how big of a part football is to my life. It really sucks not having games to look forward to.

Also I envy the fact you’re watching Prison Break for the first time. Really incredible show.
