Aug 7, 2020 Between Eminem and Snoop Dogg, who do you think is the more famous rapper? Who's more recognizable and more of household name across the world? I personally think it's Eminem but I can see the argument for Snoop. My great-aunt who doesn't listen to hip hop at all and is super out of touch knows exactly who Snoop Dogg is and thinks Eminem is a boy band like NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys...lol. I'm not talking about musical popularity because Em obviously wipes the floor with Snoop in that department but I'm talking about strictly fame and recognition.

Aug 7, 2020 You should have added a poll, but I'd say snoops a bigger icon in America, more of a known face and name. He's f---in everywhere, and Eminem just stays in the studio. The only time he comes out is to drop a freestyle in some seedy setting like the basement I used to record videos in nowadays. He used to be a well known face/all over the place but that s--- faded cuz he hated it, Snoop loves the limelight. And I mean by being recognized for more than just music like Snoop has his hands in a lot of s--- which makes me feel he's more of an icon in that sense, however em is more of an icon in a different sense, like pretty much strictly music wise... I dono bro it's hard to explain but they're both icons in different aspects
