    Okay he obviously didn't fall off but im scared for his next album.

    Take Cares a certified classic.

    NWTS is great and has some dope s--- (the language, sftb) but it's not as good.

    Tracks like heat of the moment are awful. Last year he was at least releasing classics like the motion/5 am in Toronto. This year not so much.

    Tracks like 6 god, although entertaining, can get grating (and make songs like worst look subtle). Heat of the moment is alright.

    305 to My City and Connect are garbage but the rest of NWTS is good-great. Obviously not as good as Take Care, but it held up pretty well IMO. Haven't really listened to those three new tracks he dropped.

    I'll settle for they're equally solid. Lol. Mchg gets underrated. Picasso baby, futw, heaven, nickels and dimes, Jay z blue, beach is better, etc

    Most times with albums, the whole is not equal to the sum of its parts. This is especially true with MCHG. The albums a flop b, Hov is my favorite rapper but he hasn't released a good solo album since 2007.

    That's besides the point though. Saying Drake fell off and posting a throwaway :drake4:

    I think itll definitely be worse. I think he's losing his sensibility for what he's good at. There where signs of that on NWTS with worst behavior and s---. I like worst a lot, but my point is that if he goes down that path it'll lead to s--- like 6 god. No restraint/subtlety.

    Also, take care had so much influence from Abel. That was missing from NWTS and you can see the quality drop :work:

    Artists who work them selves into a box end up like 50 Cent, god bless his soul :wiggins:. Drake is trying to be this generations Kanye, grant him that artistic freedom b.

    Take Care is the pinnacle he'll never reach again, but Nas never matched Illmatic, yet Nas never fell off.

    completely agree, BP3 and MCHG were average at best, WTT was excellent, but not a solo album as you mentioned.

    Anything Drake and Abel touched in 2011 turned to gold tbh. Unfortunately I don't think thats the case anymore.

    Really don't know what to expect from VFT6

    Also kinda disappointed @Narsh didn't mention the GOAT Rick Ross verse when talking about the good parts of MCHG. do u even land in europe (n-----)

    Haha the song as a whole falls in with the second tier tracks like Tom Ford and such, so I didn't mention it.

    Rick Ross killin guest verses 24/7 tho
