Here's my list of winning football (soccer) bets so far this season, mainly 1st goalscorer bets but a few accumulators & all from small stakes, winnings in brackets are in £'s:

I haven't bet on any sports other than MMA and I think I'm gonna get back into it... what sites do you guys use? is Bovada still any good?

shoulda called the thread "Sports betting/poker" because I don't think anyone really does anything else.... this is from about 2 weeks ago, gettin pretty close to my first 5 figure score...

Easy £80 tonight on a few little bets, went for Rooney 1st goalscorer though instead of Van Persie which turned out to be a bad decision.

I bet regularly and play poker but am stuck with Bovada only as an American. Bovada still has quick payouts and is reliable but their poker software is absolutely pathetic. The anonymous player feature is the worst idea in the history of poker. I would love to see them do something to improve their tournament schedule and bring back the regulars (such as a TLB, any kind of promotion, screen names). The game isn't nearly as fun when you dont know who anyone is.

I bet sports with a local bookie, Betus.com, and Bovada. Whoever has the best odds for me or a promo.

I'm thinking ATL +13 tonight is too many points. I haven't pull the trigger yet, but I'm leaning that way.

Locked in FSU +9.5 and will add to it if it increases.
Locked in Ohio St at +10. Not sure if i'll add to it.

Bet football games regularly. I wanted to be confident on GB winning tonight, but the spread was +13.5 which is big against a passing team like Atlanta. Settled for a teaser parlay GB -7 and the over of 48

I dont mind it, but with this weather, it's tough to go over. I expect a good amount of run game from both teams. I wont be touching the over/under though.

Football/NCAA Basketball are my bread and butter, and I'm really into the daily fantasy sports scene (mainly hockey/football)
Clemson -6, Butler +1.5 today...and some NFL, Dolphins +7.5, Falcons +3, Eagles -3, Bengals +2

Missouri State +3.5 and Troy +2.5 today...
Yesterday's NFL was meh...Eagles spotting Dallas 21 points didn't help.
Started making a few Bowl Game wagers as well, first two: Western Michigan -1 & Colorado State +3.5

I'm all over Western Michigan. I took -1.5 when the line was first posted and going to add more at game time since this line keeps getting better.

I'm liking Stanford -14 and GT +7 as well, but haven't pulled the trigger on anything but West Mich and FSU (obv).

Ga Tech is close for me...but not betting it. I like Stanford to win that game (duh) but idk if I can trust their offense to over two TD's over a highly motivated Maryland team. Stanford is used to playing in the Roes Bowl...idk how excited they'll be. Terps defense is shaky but just not enough there for me to want to lay 2 TDs. I've highlighted 13 games I'm taking.
