    Only Top 20?
    Kanye, EM, Jay or Wayne, almost impossible to judge really. And from the golden 90's I Would say Biggie or Mobb Deep.

    Depends on how you define 'best rapper'. I'd say in terms of influence, vision and creativity, Kanye got this easily
