Oct 7, 2022 Only part way thru but enjoying this so far — as far as a Migos breakup goes this is prob the best outcome cuz offset def makes the best solo music and quavo and takeoff still have great chemistry together.
Oct 7, 2022 Not sure, Quavo and Takeoff said something that basically implied Offset wasn't loyal and that they had creative differences. Not sure if they even said they're officially "broken up" but it's pretty clear that they did. There's rumors that Saweetie cheated on Quavo which is why they broke up...he seems to imply this in "Messy," but doesn't name any names. Some people think it was with Offset (hence the breakup) but that's all speculation.
Oct 8, 2022 Wasn’t expecting to like anything on this because I haven’t been interested in Migos in many years but there were surprisingly a few gems. I always thought Quavo was the only intriguing talent in the group and will never understand how or why Offset got any buzz. Quavo’s solo career was obviously wildly disappointing but good to hear him back in his autotune bag again at times
Oct 8, 2022 Offset's buzz was like all because of Cardi B, tho he had a decent feature run post-Culture on stuff like Slide. I think out of their three solo albums his was easily the best, but none of them are very good solo overall. The reason Migos works is cuz they have great chemistry and bounce off each other so well (or featured artists, which was why Quavo's 2016 feature run was so good even without the other two). Those solo albums made that especially clear.
