Nov 20, 2015 Yeah Basically just stick to low impact s--- though. Literally just go in there to burn my 500 cals so I can stay light for my return. 20 minutes stationary bike 10 minutes reverse walking at 2 speed with max incline 30 minutes elliptical My s--- still flares up after it too =\ Feel like an old man I'm going in for surgery in January though most likely. I'm just waiting until semester break so I have time for all the medical s---.
