Dec 3, 2016 f--- yeah f--- yeahhhhhhh!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS
Dec 3, 2016 Continuing the same story is a mistake imo Should've told a different story in the same world
Dec 3, 2016 First game was good, don't feel it's necessary for a sequel though. We'll see how it goes! EDIT: Trailer looks great!
Dec 3, 2016 Mixed feelings over here in the caddy. The original was so powerful, it almost doesn't seem necessary for the story to continue. Over time, less becomes more, if you get Chad. No doubt it's gonna be an excellent game - but it's going to have to do a lot to feel necessary.
Dec 3, 2016 Can't wait to k--- 3 clickers and immerse myself in The Ladders Of Us 2. this game will be Last of Us with slightly better graphics, maybe a total of 3 new guns. ellie and joel will look slightly different and it'll be over rated to s---. first 1 is so over rated. predictable repetitive story at best. I try to understand with this game gets so much praise and every answer is just some f---ing lame s---. like my friends were saying "BRO THE END IS INSANE ITS JUST CRAZY" you get to the end and Ellie is meant to be a "cure". instead of giving the player a hard choice to make between humanity/Ellie the force you into killing everyone and not telling Ellie. the whole ending of that game was s---. "oh im going to save ellie even tho idgaf about her and would save humanity given the choice, oh look i have to s---t people now instead of zombies, this really makes my neurons fire. Oh wow, i saved Ellie instead of the human race and pretended like nothing happened. my neurons are firing so hard. the end" I don't know how people were able to care for these characters at all. Like the moment I saw trailers of 1 guy and a girl i was like "yup, dude had a daughter, she died, he was heartless cold edge lord cause of it, till he found the girl in trailer, now he develops emotions and feels for her relating to the daughter he lost." played through the game and surprise surprise... It's like the entire game i knew the story before it happened. and every time I thought "i bet this happens" and was right about it, it just made the game less and less bearable.
Dec 4, 2016 Glad this is finally confirmed. This was obviously coming though, due to the success and love of the previous game. My favorite game ever, and wouldn't argue with you if you told me it was the GOAT. Anyone who says they should do a new story with new characters is a wack job and definitely did not appreciate the first game like most people did. The relationship between the two protagonists is what really set TLoU apart on a level of it's own. We have every reason to believe this will look a h--- of a lot better than Uncharted 4 as far as graphics go, and that's saying a lot because that game might have the best graphics I've ever seen. Not sure how I feel about Ellie being the main playable character; although it makes sense seeing as how Joel is probably pushing 60. I'm thinking this is going to have a lot to do with Ellie hunting down all the fireflies left and killing them. Color me intrigued.
Dec 4, 2016 Joels dead bruh He is just an illusion that appears in her head like a guardian. I bet that we'll see his death in the prologue, like we saw his daughters death in the Prologue of the first game.
Dec 7, 2016 First one was great, but only for one play through, at least for me. The story was great but the game play just became repetitive with the clickers. It was the same thing over and over with story in between. If they can fix that and still have a great story it will be good
