Apr 28, 2016 Hear me out. First off, I'm not a huge Drake fan. I respect him despite the ghostwriting allegations and his recent act of trying look "hard" on some of his recent music. But, Take Care is a brilliant piece of work. I've been listening to all of his work starting from "So Far Gone", and this album was by far my favorite. The subtle production like the piano on "Marvin's Room" & the transition into the Kendrick Lamar Interlude is beautiful. Big props to his producers, 40, Bo-1da, T-Minus. 40 is going to be regarded as one of the best producers of all time in the future, and the reason why Drake has so many catchy songs under his belt. And that Just Blaze beat??? Godly. Almost every feature (with the exception of the kinda pointless Birdman rambling on "We'll Be Fine") is dope as h---. Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Rihanna, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Andre 3000 are great on this, like they flow perfectly on this. I know it's pretty well regarded its his best, but I believe this will be a classic, when people will look back on it. The Hip-Hop/R&B still sounds fresh af to this day on this album, despite the fact so many rappers are trying do it now. They just WON'T do it as well as Drizzy does it here. Looking forward to Views, and for the best (Despite me greatly disliking Pop Style). Is their anyone who doesn't like Take Care? (stupid question)
Apr 28, 2016 i have decent expectations for views since controlla and one dance are both fire, but find it hard to believe that the album as a whole will top take care. along with graduation, perfect examples of pop rap done right
