    So this last 1.5 week I made a fruit and vegetable smoothie every day, drank a s--- load of water, had no alcohol at all and tried to eat as healthy as possible

    I lost 2 kilo (no idea how many pounds that is) and I feel even better than I did before.

    I have to admit koolo's juicing thread and soldiers advice about drinking water inspired me

    The water can definitely help you lose weight. The water can make you feel full so you don't eat as much. Glad to see our advice worked for you.
