Jan 27, 2018 This is just a little something I put together in my spare time over the past week or so which I thought would be neat. This is Devil's Night except all skits, D12 songs/verses have been scrapped. The intros, outros and hooks of songs Eminem appeared on have been retained. I also threw in solo Amityville. It runs about a half an hour long. Here's the tracklist. The tracks marked with a star are cuts I consider ideal, with everything connected seamlessly so that they don't sound edited or fan made. But they're all great cuts imo save for p---- Like Me which I ran into trouble with (maybe someone else can do a better job since it's beyond me). 1. Words Are Weapons ★ 2. s--- Can Happen 3. Revelation Spoiler DOWNLOAD .RAR Some notes: Although not much of a song, Pistol Pistol may be glossed as a sort of intro/interlude to Amityville (“Welcome to Amityville”). These Drugs didn't make the cut because D12's verses can't be removed without totally ruining the flow of the song. Plus it's better with everyone on it anyway. I used the “uncut” versions of s--- Can Happen and Pistol Pistol, so you get to hear Em diss the fuzz ("Picture me sittin' in a jail cell rottin' or barricaded in a motel with twelve shotguns, so when the [cops] come knockin' each hand's got one," "Sorry [cops], f---in' [pigs]"). Jan 28, 2018 Always funny when someone throws a bunch of songs together, gives it a stupid album name and makes a thread about it. It took you a week to put a dozen songs together? It would literally take me 5 minutes to go through my files and make a random playlist. D+ for the effort.
Jan 28, 2018 I did say "in my spare time." I probably spent about 4 hours total on this project because I wanted it just so. Plus I went through several audio editors before I found the right one for the job, then I had to learn how to use it. For me it was worth the effort. Not sure if trolling or you didn't the op but this isn't really a "random playlist." People have been bitching about Bizarre being on Amityville for years so I thought I'd make a version without him. There was already one on YouTube but they did a s-----y job.
Jan 29, 2018 Lyrically, the Devil's Night era marked the top of Eminem's career lyrically....the incredible verses he laid to Devil's Night occurred right around the time that 'Renegade', 'If I Get Locked Up Tonight', and many other incredible guest appearances were also recorded.
