Apr 8, 2015 It's been 5 years since some of the best (1-3) and worst (4-6)television was watched. I was thinking of having a rewatch the other week and saw today that the numbers line up with today: Dubbed Lost Day, all of the Numbers line up perfectly to a time today: 4:23:42 p.m. on April 8, 2015. 4 corresponds to the month, 8 to the day, 15 to the year, 16 to the hour (in military time), 23 to the minute, and 42 to the second. Not to mention some of the best music I have to go back
Apr 8, 2015 I'm always afraid to do a LOST rewatch because it aired back when I barely watched any TV so I liked pretty much all of it. I don't wanna taint my good memories of it now that I've seen lots of quality shows like Sopranos and The Wire. Still, I remember thinking season 4 was great...wasn't 3 the one with a ton of filler? I dunno if rewatching LOST would be the same anyway though, cuz a huge part of the fun was speculating with people every week.
Apr 8, 2015 I bought the entire series on BluRay after a drunk night on Amazon. I didn't hate the last few seasons as much as everyone did but I didn't love it either when compared to how awesome the first 3 were. I don't remember 3 being a lot of filler, I thought it was one of the best ones. I'll have to rewatch
Apr 8, 2015 Yeah, I definitely didn't hate the last few seasons either, but I'm sure I'd view them with a much more critical eye if I watched them again. The reason why I thought of 3 as having filler was because I watched a few eps with my friend a few years back when he was watching it for the first time, and the plot to one of the episodes was literally "Hurley finds a van and tries to start it." I could be remembering wrong though, cuz it's been awhile.
Apr 8, 2015 I've seen the entire thing twice and various random episodes here and there. Still one of my favorite shows of all time. The feels There is no defending season 6 however.
Mar 18, 2017 I never felt it was dragging on at all...it fell off from how good it was but it wasn't that bad
Mar 18, 2017 I think the big shock or disappointment comes from suddenly being ask to suspend your disbelief from season 4 onwards Up to season 3 you were expecting logical realistic answers to the mysteries then it suddenly turned all sci fi and they could just make s--- up
Mar 19, 2017 The time travel s--- in season 5 was honestly my favorite part of the show. Obviously it was not believable but I loved the O6 working for Dharma in the 70s and all that. Haven't rewatched in like 4-5 years though; I want to.
Mar 19, 2017 Well I probably need to rewatch it because I was a kid when I watched this and had no idea what was going on but still loved it. Well I'd probably still have no idea whats going on..
Mar 20, 2017 It's still my favourite programme ever. But I had the pleasure of watching it with a group of friends every week. I absolutely loved it! Wish they would bring it back for one season to continue the story. I also really want to get answers for Walt's powers.
Mar 20, 2017 Remember when he was reading the comic book about the polar bear on the island and then one turned up in the wild? Or in the flashback episode when he was reading the book about birds and one file into the window and died? None of that was ever answered. They tried making a play on it with the time travel thing because he hit puberty and doubled in length but that was it. Spoiler: Spoiler I'd love to finally get a full answer to what his powers were and how he uses them to be the current gate keeper of the island with Hurley.
Mar 20, 2017 On season 3 now, just started watching a few weeks ago. Its good but yes season 3 has a bit of filler in between the Jack rescue storyline
