Apr 11, 2016 So today is April 11th, which marks the death of Big Proof. 10 years since he was gone. During the time Proof was alive, we all know that Em used to do drugs during that period and the quality of his music was slowly going down. Proof's death played a major role in Marshall's life, not just career. I believe it was a message from God to Marshall, and more like a test to Marshall to get his s--- and life back together. When Proof was gone, Marshall went through the darkest times of his life and that's were the real test began. Marshall of course struggled hard and terribly in those times, to the point where he nearly died. Marshall overcame all of that, all of those dark times and then he made his comeback with Relapse, and graced us with Recovery which I believe will be a classic one day and MMLP2 and who knows what's yet to come. Some of us wish Proof was still around (including myself) to see how Em music would have sounded or the direction he took, but then again I think if he was still around, I don't think Marshall would have reached to this point of his career. Proof's death played a vital part and it was indeed God putting Marshall through a big test to get back on the right track, and indeed he came out stronger and successful after all. It really takes courage and determination to do that. I don't think just any person or anyone could have pulled out from such tragedy. God took his best friend away, but he surely did reward him in return for overcoming those dark times and being clean & sober. Which brings me to the point to say that, Before he's one of the greatest rappers, Marshall is definitely one of the greatest human beings on this planet and no matter what quality or type of music he puts out nowadays, for me he is forever the Greatest and the one and only Rap God. He cemented his legacy. That's why I love Marshall, because I learn from him, someone like that inspires me to be just Great, and that's how I am. I really believe that God spoke to me through this man and it was all destined for me to be part of Shady. Some might call me delusional, but there's one thing for sure, I'm forever grateful to Marshall and Shady is more than a word or label to me. It has become part of me. It's a story to me. Forever Shady till I die. Love. God will never take away something from you without rewarding you with something in return R.I.P Proof. We love you.
Apr 11, 2016 Oh God no, I'm not like that, I just felt like I had to just do this, because it's just how I truly feel.
Apr 11, 2016 Proof by all accounts shot the other guy first. So to be honest he got what was coming too him. Not sure how you s---t someone in the head over a game of pool.

Apr 11, 2016 Of course his music his emotional records are inspiring to the entire world we just saw how Not Afraid inspired that Indian kid from New Jersey Eminem's the worlds fave emotional hip hop artist
Apr 11, 2016 For someone who was hours away from death, and then coming back stronger than ever, giving us a classic status album that is Recovery and an album like MMLP2 which is really still great and other great post hiatus material and who knows what's yet to come, yep. But Narsh, I ain't gotta argue with you. Just say what you want bro.
Apr 12, 2016 Eminem himself is a Christian a born again 1 To say God is not real is your opinion but the artist himself has been a born again Christian since he got clean from drug addiction
