What DAW do you guys use?

    I've been using FL for mixing/mastering and recording audio in Audacity.

    FL has terrible audio recording issues that still aren't fixed so I just record my vocals and clean them up in audacity and then open them in FL for any effects/mixing I need to do.

    I use FL, I don't record any vocals or mix them but I heard that it's best to do that in another DAW like Pro Tools

    Yeah, when I have some spare time or feel like it I just make beats. I ain't made a beat in like 3 months tho :kanyelaugh::whytf:

    What do you use audition for? I'm looking for a new DAW btw thats why I'm asking. I don't produce just record and mix.

    I use Audition too. Good mixing board, nice interface for editing and a lot of effects. It's easy to pull up beats or vocals and chop them up or whatever. You can record straight in there too but I prefer audacity.

    FL Studio and I take advantage of the Adobe Creative Suite available on Macs at my school. There's also a brand new studio/soundbooth on my campus so I take advantage of that when I can, do the audio editing and mixing on Adobe Audition with that.
