    If you were to write a movie, what would the premise be? What genre of film would you s---t for? Have you ever had any ideas or jotted down some dialogue?
    I thought of one about two dudes that gets sick of life shi--ing on them so they decide to try and murder the people that constantly gave/give them s---, but botch every attempt. everyone makes jokes about the two dudes being gay when they're not, and I feel there's some really good dialogue here but it's super offensive.
    That's the main one I've spent time on but I've jotted s--- down for other ideas and dialogue. Any of y'all got a creative bone other than rapping?

    I like the idea but I’ll never get it In front of anyone useful if I even have a half decent idea. I have thought about it once. if I were to create a movie I’d probably go in a sci fi direction. Something along the lines of living in a futuristic world where rich or fortunate can go to this happily ever after/heaven land and most of the movie shows the divide between the rich and poor because of this. But the twist in the end turns out that they get taken to be murdered by a superior race or politicians of some sort. Not a completely finished idea but it would be crazy to have the camera just panes out to a dump of just dead bodies on one side with the other part of the screen showing the joys of those who think they are going to this “ever after” land.

    You should bc Netflix I believe is taking pitch ideas from people. So is adult swim!

    I always wanted to make a horror movie.

    I have a couple ideas and used to have some aspirations of being a screenwriter.

    One of my ideas was a film noir/ psychological thriller about this guy who wakes up and sees his girlfriend is murdered in his bed. He’s brought in for questioning and the film is told through flashbacks were we learn he owed money to the mob and the cops interviewing him are shady but he also may also be schizophrenic and did it.

    Another idea I had was a bunch of ravers start a cult. They essentially take in vulnerable street kids and build this false family creating their own 10 commandments but s--- goes bad and it ends like Waco.

    A movie about bitcoin millionaires who became rich and powerful from purchasing alternative currency for sick nefarious reasons in the early 2010s never intending to be investors.

    I’ve written two scripts:

    One was about a college freshmen, a working class kid on a wrestling scholarship, who discovers the New England liberal arts college he’s attending is a haven for werewolves. He strikes up a mentor/friendship with a disaffected senior on the cusp of entering the real world who starts to see through the debauchery and inhumanity. I was like 19, and it’s pretty much a metaphor lls. But that said, it foreshadowed alllllll these Teen Wolf, whatever angsty monster movies and shows that started getting peddled so I definitely think it would’ve been marketable if I shopped it.

    The next was about a recent college graduate who returns to his catholic hs alma mater and decides to have an affair with a senior there. He’s 21 and she’s 18 but it still is outrageous, but is set post 9/11 so it again refracts the church’s indifference to sex scandals at the time. The heart of the story is the HS principal who genuinely cares for the students but had become a bit phony and a company man in the interest of securing funding for a school expansion/reno.

    A teenage boy kills his sister. Then he gets locked up for 15 years and breaks out of the mental hospital. He returns to his hometown and starts killing people he blames for his rage, including his biological sister. She however fights him off and along w his doctor she burns his a---.
