    He called Ye up and left him a voicemail. He spit a few freestyle bars addressing his arrest in South Africa, announced his final album dropping this year, and stated that he will be quitting the music and hollywood industries.

    Looking forward to this new Mos Def album. Every album of his I've listened to I've really enjoyed.

    I'm not sure what to expect from Dante aka Black Jack Johnson aka Mos Def aka Yasiin Bey.

    I hope this final album will send him off on a high note.

    As long as I see a high quality Jay Elect feature on here, i'll be happy. Exhibit B, Holiday, and Just Began are the only times we've heard them together.

    Guys... with this being his last album that means any hope of that Blackstar sophomore album that we've all waited for is now over.

    One of hip-hop's greatest tragedies. :mjcry:
