Anyone going through a sad time?

    I'm here listening to Partynextdoor and 6lack thinking how did I get into all of this s---. I f----- up and other situations were beyond my control. I'm just here venting i guess.....Car broke down, but its getting fixed. I took an L with this girl and things have been kind of complicated. I might drive to see her during winter break to f--- her brains out, but who knows how the weather will be. I'm sad about everything but I have this sudden urge of motivation to better myself. I'm 23 and its time to stop f---ing up. I'll be balancing school and work so hopefully things go well. I plan on getting a planet fitness membership to work on my body and mental. I haven't worked out in a long time so I think it'll be good for me.

    Ill be stuffing my face in my pillow with sadness for awhile, but I plan to get over it. I want to be the best person I can be. What are you guys doing to better yourselves? Let me know...

    im trying to be nice and patch my relationship with my sis for the first time since i last talked to her in 2013 since she didn't invite me to her wedding 3 years ago. things happen, figure out how to fix it as you go.

    On sum real s--- tho op, working out is always my first piece of advice for sumone in ur sort of situation. Working all that pent up stress off will make you feel accomplished even after the first workout. And seeing your body progress in the long run is the best feeling. Not to mention boost of confidence etc.

    What works for me as well is having some type of to do list or short term goals set out and do them 1 by 1. Even if it's simple dumb s--- like organize closet, or drink 96oz of water/ day. Once you start checking off the list, s--- like that will make you feel like youre taking control of your life and make you feel more organized.
