Can you solve a Rubik's Cube?

    I've known how to solve a 3x3 for about 7 years now. My little sister taught me in about 3 hours. I never really cared to do it competitively but I've timed myself a few times and I've gotten as low as 1'30".

    I solved a 4x4 two or three times a long time ago, with the help of directions the whole time, it was not fun.

    I've never done a 2x2 although it'd be cool to have for novelty's sake. I've also never tried a 5x5 or higher, but I've heard a 5x5 is somewhat similar to a 3x3 and could be easier than a 4x4.

    Also - no stories about peeling off the stickers or breaking the cube, that doesn't count!

    I've only had a 3x3, learned the techniques eventually

    dude i went to high school with could do standard rubiks in like 8 seconds...with one hand. He'd grease up the joints and go buckwild on it. He'd also do larger and smaller ones too.

    I learned back in my early 20's it really impresses drunk girls, I know there's quite a few virgins on this board still so make a note of this

    I got a 2x2 a few days ago and I thought it'd be a piece of cake to do without directions but it wasn't. Took a few hours to memorize the algorithms but now I can do it easily.

    Also the new cubes are sticker- free. The colors are just painted on. Much better. :)

    Any newer members know how to do a Rubik's Cube?
