Depends what you're looking to use it for—and the quality of it varies greatly. I never had any luck with finding good CBD in Georgia but all the CBD I bought at an actual weed store in Washington was good.

I've tried using it for sleep, anxiety, and pain/inflammation. I personally found it most useful for sleep but I know people who swear by it for other stuff.

I was thinking about trying some CBD joints, cause I've been stressed out lately. I've heard it helps with relaxation, so why not to try, right?

If you try the cbd joints you need to research a good company. Most brands that sell those use the trimmings they sweep up off the floor.

CBD doesn’t do much for me personally but a lot of people I know swear by it. Joints are gonna be the fastest delivery system

I find with cbd products theres a lot of pseudoscience . I mean it definitely has been proven to help certain conditions. But the products you buy off shelf for sleep, anxiety etc are overhyped . Ive tried them a bit and never notice anything. Its like essential oils. Claims to cure every thing but has no proof to back it up.

Weed. There’s THC and CBD. Lots of people choose CBD to help with anxiety, sleep, etc etc. THC has psychoactive effects and will get you high, while CBD usually doesn’t do much. It’s normally good for pain and anxiety management. I feel like you need a greater amount of CBD to have any positive effect than you would THC.

I used CBD one time, for a migraine. I usually get 1-2 migraines a year. Standard procedure is to take an ibuprofen and sleep for 4-6 hours. With the CBD, the migraine was far less severe (about half) and only lasted 1.5 hours. I was impressed, but that's just one time. I used one by https://area52.com/

Thought weed leads to paranoia/anxiety? Not sure you would use weed to cure something that weed caused.

So I smoke THC usually at weekends for recreational use. However I’ve had major anxiety & depression problems for almost a decade now, tried all sorts from anti-depressants, to benzos, to mindfulness, yoga etc to no avail. THC would always level me out at the end of a week but that would only make my problems worse when I became sober again. Then I stumbled across CBD, I’d already heard of the mass marketing campaign & actually tried some that my friend had gave me but it didn’t do anything at the time, but I kept hearing the stories about the misinformation, the fake products so I assumed that’s what I’d taken at the time (this was years ago.)

So last August I’d say, I got into an extremely depressive stint, 1 of the worst episodes of mental health I’ve ever experienced & I decided to go all out on what I saw as my last hope, I researched & researched for the right product & learned the ins & outs about CBD, this is when I stumbled upon the El Tenedor Del Diablo raw hemp paste from a company called CBDiablo based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I could only find positive reviews of this company & its products, they also donate 20% of each sale to a men’s mental health charity which I thought was brilliant. I paid around £50 delivered for 1000mg which I still have just under half left of 6 months later, so great value for money. I’ve tried numerous ways of dosage but I think I’ve found the most practical solution of taking 2 pea drops, once a week. Most people do it daily & I've also tried that, but I thought it was overkill.

Let me tell you, this has changed my life, from 2 weeks after I started till now I’ve yet to experience anywhere close to the dark places I’ve consistently visited in my head for years, I have anxiety still but at a much more manageable state, believe me when people call this a miracle drug I thought you people are bonkers but I’m now on that side of the coin, I can’t recommend it more, it’s done wonders for me & I can only hope if you’re in a similar position that it does the same for you.

I use CBD daily , life changing for me. I have some nerve pain and have trouble sleeping. I take CBD oil and I sleep like a baby now. Def provides relief on the nervous system but also relaxes you as a whole....

well there is a CBD shop here in Bucharest, tried to smoke it and it didn't do much that much for me, however their edibles really relax me. Never tried CBD oil which I heard it is pretty good, however nothing compares to the time when I used to live in Amsterdam and smoke/eat the real deal lol

. I don't have anxiety attacks very often, but do get depression more often. I think it would be fantastic for someone who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks, depression and it all. Or just for someone who delta 9 is too much for them, this is a lighter form. Maybe even someone who just wants to try something new.

When i let my med card expire originally, I quit getting appetite and used some delta 8 edibles before to help with the stomach and sleep. The1,000mg brownie bits were my favorite ones. And the delta thc-p version is actually potent. That version sells out within days.

Try a potent delta syrup from online or maybe a headshop sells it more than 200mg. I got a 6 pack case of 500mg ones I still have one left I saved. You sip that it may take a full 2 hours to hit, but it last all d--- day. If you use too much syrup the night before you’ll have that edible feeling hangover the next morning and but still feel the body high and feel pretty stoned. It impressed me tbh and I called the majority of delta products trash originally, but they improved quality and prices more than half the price of the dispensary.
