    Lol. Eminem is probably one of the most caring artists about those stuff. Remember when he made his dying fan's last wish became true ? I'm sure he helps people more than we heard from news. Eminem doesn't really like the promote himself. He doesn't do it for people to give props to him who gives a f--- about getting props anyway. He does because he's a good person.
