Apr 22, 2021 LTWYL was actually very well received when Recovery was leaked. Just got so overplayed Monster is a decent Pop/Rap record too. I remember @Koolo called it a 10/10 before anyone heard it.

Apr 22, 2021 Still convinced that this direction that Em took is a reason why he fell off since dropping Recovery up to Revival. He wasn't consistent at all with his music during that period, the popy singles ruined him. Monster is easily the best song they made. Rest of them are trash...or at least just not my cup of tea.
Apr 22, 2021 I think the reason he fell off is because he kept doing the same thing he did in Recovery. I rap, a singer sings, I rap and a singer sings again. This worked for Recovery and it was cool cause it was completly different from Relapse. He tried something different and it worked. Then he got too comfy and kept doing the same thing over and over again. And also Rihanna was a hit maker, none of his songs with other pop stars ever blew up, not even the one with Beyoncé which should have been a big deal.
Apr 22, 2021 I saw Em and Rihanna at the rose bowl in Pasadena I think something that would surprise a lot of people is here is that their set was pretty split. They did a few opening songs together like renegade/run this town remix and opened with numb, what's funny though the stadium was pretty f---ing empty for Rihanna's set list but the later it got in the night and Rihanna's set was coming to an end it's like everyone knew Em was coming and the place got jam packed and went nuts for him.
