Mar 30, 2015 I'm really interested in this since it won't be based off the comic or anything, so no one has any idea wtf is gonna happen for once...
Mar 30, 2015 But also I think it has the ability to catch up with current WD events. Not cross paths, but just go a bit further n the past and catch up later. But who knows
Apr 1, 2015 I'm definitely interested and will tune in. Not expecting anything spectacular but I'm sure it will be entertaining just like TWD. Wish they would've came up with a better name though.
Apr 1, 2015 Honestly I hope they dont try to explain the virus or how it starts. I'd hate for the writers to come up with an explanation that's torn apart on the internet.
Apr 1, 2015 Sounds like they are at least giving backstories to the characters. My biggest peeve with the current show is that they were thrown into this zombie world with no explanation of who they were and what they were like. It's severely limited the character development.
Apr 1, 2015 Yeah, on TWD they've killed off most of the original characters and the ones that have remained are essentially untouchable...or barely even likeable. I've always said TWD needs a consistent set of characters with more at stake. It's nice that we're basically given a family as the main characters. It'll allow for drama that viewers can actually care about. I don't know if I'll be watching (gave up on the main show) but it has potential to be something TWD can't be.
May 31, 2015 It's not a prequel-- it's parallel, this starts off when rick gets shot..and of course shows what happens while he is in a coma. Then eventually catches up to them time line wise; going to be great having Walking Dead all year round though.
May 31, 2015 I think it will flow rather well. Good time period to make things happen. Also, it is good to see somewhere else besides Georgia (in general) for a change. Plus, I like California.
Jul 10, 2015 one of my biggest problems with the walking dead is that I don't particularly care about the characters
