    My thoughts on why he has.

    - He has not shaved & we know the last time this happened he was a drug addict. Never saw him before in 20 years with facial hair. So I don't get how he suddenly would want that appearance.
    - The weight gain is another sign.
    - He was previously a drug addict.
    - He has an addictive personality. Wears same clothes & makes the same type of music over again.
    - A beer belly which indicates he has started drinking again & he is probably also using vicodin which f---s up your metabolism.
    - Barely any public appearances since 2015 similar to 06/07.
    - He looks half asleep/high in the new photo from last night.
    - Struggling to make a new album like what happened when King Mathers was shelved.
    - Possibly lives on his own & bored out of his mind since he hates going anywhere.

    He's fat, he has beard and he's absent, he signed Conway and Westside Gunn, they are using drugs... Slaughterhouse been shelved, cause they are sober now.

    Dre probably had to beg him to come to the premiere. He's probably embarrassed by how bad he's looked recently. He's tried to avoid any public appearances since after the 2016 concerts.

    What the f---? What beer belly? Where? Guys all this talking about he's relapsed is TOTAL bs. Although I see your point, yes, but it's impossible.

    If he was going through relapse, don't you think that his crew was trying to hide that as much as they can instead of letting him go on a public eye with a beard?! I'm sure, it's 100 his new style.

    It's not mean that he must relapse one or more times after the first incident because of that.

    The man in his 50s now. He have some wisdom, you know. He's aware of all of the facts and he knows himself better that you do. His kids are matured now. I'm sure that they would help him asap if something was happening.

    The BELLY doesnt indicates that he starts drinking BEER or alcohol at all. Are you kidding or something?

    Maybe he was dealing with Kim drama and was just ENJOING his millionare life in peace by himself. What's up with that?

    It's possible he was just busy the day before so he wasn't sleep well.

    Em is always trying to top himself. Now it's became very very hard. He do not to relapse while doubting himself and struggle to release new material.

    Imo he was way too skinny at one point

    I think he just put a lot of time on this album as it will be his last and thats why he hasnt gone out in public too much

    Tho he is one of the most mysterious and unreachable mega stars and u never know

    Like whwn there is some big news about him everyone gets put in the 2nd plan

    people like mikey are r-----ed as conspiracy g--- and jesse1313 lol, his beard looks alright and shaped up but imo he needs to let it grow thicker like real thicc
