Oct 30, 2015 I have recently arrived to the conclusion that The Slim Shady LP is Eminem's greatest album. It's full of quotable lines, nice flow, nice balance between funny and serious songs. (a couple of serious songs, but that's enough to get the message across) He's hungry, but not overly angry like on MMLP. Slim Shady at his best. I find this album the most enjoyable.
Oct 31, 2015 Always the "Hip-Hop-Heads" who hated his Acid Rapper phase when he did that s--- better than his "Purest Emcee Purist" form. A lot of people hopped on the g.d. bandwagon after The Eminem Show and 8 Mile Soundtrack because of the more digestible and relatable content. That conformity is so refreshing, gaize!
Oct 31, 2015 never liked SSLP as much as his other albums, including his recent ones. there's a song or two I can enjoy but for the most part his voice/the quality of the sound from the time drags it all down for me and I rarely revisit it for any reason
Oct 31, 2015 Perfection doesn't exist but there is not even one bad line in the entire Slim Shady LP. Not even one bad hook or beat neither...
