Future How has 'Future' made it so big? Can't rap, can't sing, and his lyrics sounds like they were written

    I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. I've just watched the video for 'DJ Khaled - I Got the Keys ft. Jay Z & Future', and Future just repeats 'I Got The Keys', with some horrible auto-tune. I just don't understand why anyone likes him. Yes we all have different tastes in music, but I'm still baffled as to how anyone with so little talent can make it so big on the world stage, especially in a market as saturated as the hiphop scene. Who gave him the platform!? Who listened to him wrapping and thought, 'yeah, this guy has what it takes'. I'm so confused.

    100% agree, i dont get it... Like for 80% of the rappers that blew the past 5 years.

    Kinda see what he tries to say. Future can sing and that's basically it. But he is nowhere near being the best to ever sing with or without autotune. With autotune, (ex. T Pain and not even gonna give an example for without autotune part lol ) His music is really wack unless he is on some hook with few other real rappers. I tried many times to get into his music but except few songs, they all sound very alike and nothing special. The fact that I barely understand what he says is not helping neither.
