    Delete/hide her from all social media. Flirt with other girls even if you don't think you're ready to hook up with/date another girl. It will up your confidence and make your realize that there are tons of other women out there.

    How old are you? If you're in college just get drunk tonight/tomorrow and go to the bars or find a party. There's sloots everywhere that will help you.

    1. Man up. It's only going to get better from here.
    2. Don't talk to her at all. Don't creep on her social media. It doesn't matter what she's doing, the only thing that matters is what you're doing.
    3. Focus on improving yourself. Take fitness seriously. Work out (either at home or gym) religiously. This is the most important step.
    4. Talk to other girls. Hang out with other girls. There are other girls out there, and you'll find a better one who will eventually break your heart even worse.

    But, pretty much as others said. Delete pics, delete texts, delete her off social media, delete her number. Get distracted with other things in your life whether it's work, school, friends or a new hobby. Talk to different girls go out with them and it should stop.
