Sep 15, 2016 Gotta go with Ye...Don't give 2 s----s about Cudi's opinion on Drake, but Ye was like family to him. i would feel so hurt to if I was Kanye. Kanye had the highest respect for him, and even called out Wiz, saying he stole Cudi's style (which is true).
Sep 15, 2016 h--- naaaaa. this s--- is too fried. i hope its a bs behind the scenes business move cause if not this s--- is wild. dividing the fandom within months of bringing it together maybe bigger than ever. they had big songs together but i think father stretch my hands is their best collab, and definitely cemented that perception of "kanye west and kid cudi" to a wide audience that might not have been aware of their relationship as artists. this is like if wayne and drake beefed. or if kanye and jay z beefed. seriously burnt up s---. the idea is that those artists are the ones who ARE notable to feature on songs with one another, not bs flavor of the week features. these dudes together have inspired so many people and made the model for so many young people today who make music. i hope its either a marketing scheme or that it comes together peacefully. no reason for this s--- to get ugly but truthfully, if i could see any rapper doing some wild aggressive s--- it would be kid cudi for sure. all jokes aside let us not f---in judge harshly and blast kid cudi. obviously the dude has issues with ego and self identity. as does kanye. what you're really seeing is the story taking an unexpected as f--- turn, but if you look back at their music, especially kid cudi's, it was kinda obvious this was coming. its emo and melodramatic but i get where cudis coming from. i imagine kanye started compromising artistically, like REALLY doing sell out s--- that we cant understand without context. thats exactly what cudi said before and its true.
