    Eminems biggest album in terms of being personal. In 07 he probably never thought he would be rebuilt again and in 09 he probably thought he would never be as relevant as he actually would be.

    Not Afraid is a goat first single (verse are meh but the message is amazing)

    Lets appreciate this good album.

    I was bumping Cinderella Man earlier today and remembered how much I love Recovery, ppl say the lyrics are weak in recovery, I just think they're inconsistent cuz there are some great bars in there

    I don't know why you do because it's a well known fact that Eminem's the best lyrically. he's number 1, his shouting flow gave me goosebumps he's so good, his flow is impeccable, just the number 1 lyricist no question. name one person who could body em on a track? lmao u cant! that's right because he's number1 hands down!!! if you don't agree, you're not a realrap fan and you probably like lil wayne LOL. (BTW they did a song together, and Em actually subliminally dissed wayne, cause hes so dumb LOL!!)

    As for Recovery, I'll give it a listen soon. Guess it could be the only Eminem album I underrate...

    It's a good album but I rarely replay it. Much like his last three in general.

    f--- that garbage album. One of the lowest points in Ems career. So many cringe bars, screaming till he's hoarse on every track until the point it gets awkward over s-----y pop beats. A few gems for sure but a good percent of that album is trash. thank god he redeemed himself with MMLP2.

    Ughhh you people confuse me...this SXN is just a--- bro...like YO MAMA a--- CANCER. This is the equivalent of listening to Devil's Night Mixtape. It sucks to see one of my favorite artists have a section full of people who are either bipolar as f--- or never satisfied. That doesn't excuse Em, but cmon poster's, quit being Paul Rosenberg in disguise

    Every album Eminem has touched is never a bad or average one.. people tend to hate changing styles.

    and Eminem calmed down instead of being hard in the past. so this might be a reason for not liking the calm Em.

    Masterpieces of Recovery:
    Not Afraid 9/10
    LTWYL (Got so famous because it's good so don't call it trash) 8/10
    You're never over ( I don't understand the hate on it)

    1. "Cold Wind Blows" 8/10, Great track
    2. "Talkin' 2 Myself" 9/10 Awesome, but didn't like apologizing for Lil Wayne and Kanye, and not the best chorus
    3. "On Fire" 10/10 , It's literally On Fire.
    4. "Won't Back Down" (featuring P!nk) 9/10 Eminem goes insane.
    5. "W.T.P." 9/10 Great party song
    6. "Going Through Changes" 10/10 ,,Masterpiece
    7. "Not Afraid" 10/10 , great motivational s--- and great for people who r in addictions
    8. "Seduction" 10/10 Raw emotions
    9. "No Love" 10/10 GOAT verse
    10. "Space Bound" 9.5/10 Gives me chills
    11. "Cinderella Man" 9.5/10 Till I collapse pt.2 ,, great song, but bad chorus
    12. "25 to Life" 10/10. Classic Eminem
    13. "So Bad" 10/10 . Classic Eminem
    14. "Almost Famous" 8/10 Good song
    15. "Love the Way You Lie" 8/10 (Got so famous because it's good so don't call it trash)
    16. "You're Never Over" 10/10 Great beat, emotion are delivered perfectly ( I don't understand the hate on it).
    17. "Untitled" 5.5/10 , not Eminem's best flow but great lyrics and scheme.

    Recovery was a hit or miss, people bash on his shouting so much but if done right it actually adds so much more, for me it's okay for every now and then, like on the Hills remix that s--- worked great. Almost Famous is a good example on how he shouldn't shout lol.

    overhated
    pop album isn't an insult
    better than MMLP2

    Cold Wind Blows, Talkin' 2 Myself, Going Through Changes, Not Afraid, You're Never Over, Space Bound are better tracks than MOST MMLP2 tracks, (Evil Twin, Bad Guy, Berzerk, Brainless & Headlights are arguable)

    i think its a way of him coming back, relapse was like a "this is what i been up to since i'm gone fam" drug induced horrocore album, recovery is showing that the relapse psycho still has that good heart inside of him, it can be sad yet it's more like a relief, a weight being lifted from eminem's shoulders, so in my mind it fits
