I'm writing a thesis on long COVID and I want to use our site's population as scientific research to quote in the paper. Please answer.

Currently on day 9 of my 10 say isolation after testing positive just after Christmas.

Vaxxed. First dose in March. Second in May. Booster in November.

Only tested myself as I had what I could only describe as a mild hangover lasting later into the day than normal. So a little headache, slightly achy muscles for a couple of days. That's literally it. If I didn't test positive I would've just carried on as normal.

    I assume Omicron.

My wife works in a hospital so she was not allowed to go to work and I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old. All 3 of them have been testing negative for the whole time I've been at home. They've been allowed out of the house. Lucky f---ers!

Yes, I came down with it four months after my second shot. I think that my symptoms would've been worse had I been unvaxed.

We're allowed to leave isolation early if we test negative for 2 days straight from day 6. I still tested positive on day 6 and 7. I'm allowed out from Saturday even if I'm still positive so no point testing myself today or tomorrow.

I had it and was still testing positive after 10 days. I checked and they said the PCR tests can test positive for 12 weeks but you're no longer contagious after 5-7 days. 10 days is just their safety number. So it doesn't matter if you still have symptoms or test positive after 10 days. You're fine to be around people

I was exposed several times (both before and after the vaccine), but never tested positive. Seems like I have some alien power energy s--- going on. Needs more research @BIGFOOT

Just my countries rules. After 10 days of carrying the virus it's not contagious. Apparently. Plus the lateral flow tests can show false positives for up to 90 days after having Covid.
