Jan 14, 2017 Yea, I've noticed more and more people are now praising Relapse. I had mixed feelings about it before, but over the years it became my favorite album.
Jan 14, 2017 Relapse was the reason I started f---ing with em in the first place..... I never understood the hate for the album as a whole but I do agree that crack a Bottle and We made you are the Lowest points the album had to offer When I was younger some of the f----- up s--- he was saying made me laugh my a--- of.
Jan 14, 2017 Fellow Relapse fans - do you think we can muster up a great argument about it overtaking the original trilogy?
Jan 14, 2017 Listening to it right now. I don't know why people hate on Bagpipes From Baghdad. I find it a very entertaining song. Great rhymes, great energy, classic 3rd verse. Insane is great as well. Only songs I don't particularly like are We Made You, Old Time's Sake and Crack a Bottle. Must Be The Ganja would be there too if it weren't for the 2nd verse, that whole serial killer in a row part is great. With Refill and bonus tracks and those Westwood freestyles, it makes a whole era that unfortunately lasted only a year, but within that year we got a lot of cool material. The album stands out. It's just fun, extremely light on any touchy feelings and melodrama. I'm often in a mood where I just want to listen to silly songs with creative images, without there being any deeper point to it. Relapse is amazing.
Jan 14, 2017 You were almost right at the top until you said Pre... lmao I wouldve accepted the Lord of the Rings though as well
Jan 14, 2017 I prefer h--- Breaks Loose. "Now I know you're feeling discouraged but homie just mark my words, I'm murdering the flow..."
Jan 14, 2017 Both are great and HBL is probably better from a vocal aspect. The former has a extremely nostalgic Dre beat though
Jan 14, 2017 Even underground is great "I planned to relapse as soon as I stepped out of that b----" Far better than 90% of generic recovery
