Nov 3, 2016 no u r----- my work is based on my creativity and i even have a protected title cuz of that i worked a lot for see i actually know creativity, and i hate it when ppl speak like "creative people" like theyre naturally gifted or whatever creativity is based on mindstate & technique, it can be learnt to anyone. some ppl just grow up to that mindstate automatically due to environment. which is why i hate it when ppl either get big egos from it, or when ppl who dont understand creativity ostracize others bcuz of it. after working in the advertising business and being involved in several big projects, im speaking from experience. creative leaders and the artistic employees are always the ones being assholes. and for anyone flaunting creativity like its a gift from god please end urself asap ur useless
Nov 3, 2016 Some people are naturally gifted tho But yea I agree.. I think people that refer to themselves as "artists" are lame.. Like just produce work, stop observing yourself. That could just be my jealousy speaking tho since I don't have a creative bone in my body
Nov 3, 2016 not when it comes to creativity. its 100% based on thought process so if u grow up with ur parents challenging ur curiosity and they give u a lot of freedom for example then ya ur halfway there already but no not "naturally" gifted
Nov 3, 2016 this is different, u asked me about my confidence in creativity so i had to reply explaining my viewpoint its a different thing when ppl flaunt it whenever they can and act arrogant when its not even the topic at hand

Nov 3, 2016 Right because someone like Michael Jackson was carefully crafted by the people surrounding him.. Yet he still produced his own work so who's really to credit? There's a reason he stood out from the rest of the Jacksons.. The Baldwin brothers? Lots of families with potential but only one brother shines half the time even though they all have the same opportunities.. Talent is real and grown yes, it just depends on how offended you are by the word "gifted" which seems to be a lot. It's the same thing. Environment/nature/nurture plays a factor in everything in life not just creativity
