    Just saw the movie and writing this as I'm driving home.
    The version of phenomenal in the movie is great.
    Don't want to give to much away to those who haven't seen it but the soundtrack goes well with the movie. Good job, em.

    pretty dope movie i really enjoyed it, the story is very predictable but still pretty dope.

    Saw it last night too. Jake's performance was f---ing brilliant. This completely changes my perception of him.

    Honestly movie wasn't that good it was decent 7/10. I remember people mentioning Warrior with Tom Hardy a lot in the official Southpaw thread I checked it out and it was so much better. Going into this movie knowing it was written for Eminem to be the main role it was really clear no changes were made and Jakes version of the character was still Eminems version. Jake played a dumbed down role for someone else and it showed.
