    I read a while ago that the LOX guys were fighting over who got to keep the "Stop Being Greedy" instrumental and while they were arguing, X wandered into the studio, heard it, and then just recorded the song on the spot.

    Later, Dr. Phil would make a flow chart of his arrest record.

    Please go crawl back in your hole of hyperbolically unwarranted cynism. Earl Simmons is a legend because of this album and the one that followed of his in his catalog (Recorded and released in the same year of 1998, at that. He definitely was on top of the game that year. "Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood" is just as classic, if not even more so.) You've been living under a rock if you haven't realized that that's the case by now. (Just about every song being considered classic on his first two albums. He was actually that solid and consistent for 3 albums straight.). Smfh.
