    Putting all the reality tv and internet s--- aside (even though he basically pioneered the internet being an outlet for rappers), Joe is one of the best and most underrated rappers ever. He's one of the artists who paved the way for rappers to rap about their emotions, depression, and drug abuse in a constructive way among other things. People forget that he dropped one of the best mixtapes ever in Mood Muzik 2 but its a certified classic.

    Joes storytelling ability is one of a kind, his delivery is iconic, his lyricism is top notch, and he always comes with substance in his music. The only things that keep him from being a top 30 or so rapper is his lack of commerical albums and some of his hooks (getting ethered by Lil B is a dent too lmao).

    With that aside, he's a legend who doesn't get enough respect musically now that he's strictly an internet personality with viral moments and memes. He doesn't have a bad project and he put out one of the best projects of 2016. Not even mentioning that he's a member of one of the best bar for bar rap groups ever. Put respect on uncle Joes name

    See for me it's the opposite, I appreciate Joe because of his outside-of-music and internet s---, instead of his sleep inducing rap voice

    I grew up on his music so that's probably why I appreicate his music more. I'll never forget playing Def Jam: Vendetta and discovering his music as a kid

    As a writer and story tell joe can not be touched. Deff one of the top 10 mcs. BUT

    He has had absolute terrible best soliciting through out his entire career. If joe and ant from atmosphere where in their prime and made a album. It would go down as the best ever.
