Nov 28, 2018 Saying there were "no signs of forced sex" isn't very persuasive. Especially if the charge is statutory r---. You aren't going to find trauma in those cases equivalent to when a stranger corners somebody in a dark alley, which are very rare compared to instances of coercion by somebody familiar to you.
