Dec 4, 2019 i don't know how common it is, but it definitely happens and I've experienced it in the past. i think racial discrimination is more subtle more often than not. however, sometimes people can be blatant about it. for example, many escorts won't see black men. this is a very common occurrence
Dec 4, 2019 Not so much anymore do I see racism in my area. Now in the early 2000s until like 06 it was pretty bad. And high school we had a few Muslims in our class who moved here. Once the one girls parents let her dress normal, she was actually a cute girl. Nice tan to her and s---. I went to a prep school though. I’m sure it’s more racist in some of the other more public like schools. Some of my good friends are actually black, and you can tell who the red necks are because they won’t say much of a word to me, once they see me hanging out with them. Those are just the old timers people. No one my age sees anything wrong with it.

Her husband is an a------ to her. And this woman would pass for her mid 30s and is a great f---. I started working 2nd shift now too so if I really wanna bust a nut I can go to her house during the day. I just don’t want to be a marriage wrecker because she has a daughter that just went to college and a young son. So I feel a little guilty for it.

Dec 18, 2019 I've been beaten to a pulp by some skinheads for being brown/looking Muslim in the wake of a terrorist attack. It's the only racist thing that I can remember happening to me (apart from classroom jokes about terrorism, which was just banter and I gave as good as I got) in 25 years. If anything I may have been helped by affirmative action. I was accepted onto a MA course where I had worse undergrad marks than anyone else there, and also less knowledge of the topic and less of a work ethic. I was the only non-white guy out of 20 people on the course, ticking that "mixed" box may have swung it in my favour idk. The only kid who was as non-neeky as me was white, but on a full scholarship and from like a proper deprived area. So it wouldn't surprise me if we both got boosted over middle class white guys with better marks. It strikes me as kind of unfair, but I guess this is normal procedure everywhere in Europe and the USA.

Dec 18, 2019 fair but i don't think elementary & high school bullying means much in terms of racism because kids are savage with anyone who stands out and is in the minority. The real world begins after high school
