Fingers crossed it is like Future Sex Love Sounds(greatest pop album of my life time) and not that steaming pile of horse s--- Hillbilly In The Forest or whatever the f--- his last album is called. Jan 25, 2024 Just did the math — I can’t believe it’s been 18 years since the release of FutureSex/LoveSounds — one of my top 3 albums. (For anyone that missed it, the first 20/20 Experience album is criminally underrated.) Very much looking forward to this. P.S. — Anyone know if Timbaland’s production is any good these days?

For anyone else who missed this Timbaland interview: His longtime musical collaborator TImbaland broke the news of the coming album to Variety last April, describing it as a return to the “fun Justin” of “FutureSex/ LoveSounds” after the much more serious “Man of the Woods.” “It’s fun Justin,” he said. “It’s like ‘FutureSex /LoveSounds,’ but nothing too heavy, just giving you what you’d expect from us: not overthought, the lyrics are not so deep, it’s bob-your-head, dance-to-it music. Music is a young sport, and you have to keep it fun — fun and young. We’ve both seen a lot of life, but you can’t overthink it because of that, you have to bring out the 13-year-old, 18-year-old again, you know? If not, you can get into the old-fogey stage real quick. (Laughter) That’s just the world we live in. “So you have to know how to be authentic and true to the art and understand it, and that’s what this album is,” he continued. “We took our time. We had songs that maybe were too complicated, but we said “We want it to feel like ‘FutureSex’ part two,” so we picked songs that will fit that.”
Jan 25, 2024 Sounds like a basic pop song at first but with more listens it grows a bit. I think it’s okay, not the best but not the worst. I don’t have super strong feelings on it yet. I hope the next single is better though. JT has some amazing songs I know he can do better than this
