Jul 10, 2016 D12 couldve been good if it wasn't for Bizarre. Eminem stil carried the load. Still wish he would've made a solo album instead of Devils Night, could've easily been his best.
Jul 10, 2016 Some of us on this site remember D12World.com. I think it was Dirty Jim or Derty Jason (admins from that site) who were able to get some of the original posters from D12World in that "Fight Music" video as extras. The video was shot in Coney Island, Brooklyn (following "The Warriors" theme). I didn't attend the s---t but I know a couple of D12world posters did. I think one of them is the White dude who was standing behind Proof in the beach scene. And of course, Proof used to post on that site every so often.
Jul 10, 2016 I mean as a rapper bizzare sucks but you can't help apperciate the bs he speaks sometimes. He's like sslp Eminem without the skill.
Jul 10, 2016 nah I don't appreciate it one bit, it's trash and isn't funny if your not 12. absolutely ruined devils night
Jul 10, 2016 "Killing white people for no reason, starting off with slim jesus" was kinda funny when i heard it.
Jul 10, 2016 They have one mostly good album so that's something. Bizarre is really really really bad though. Why they let him in, I don't know.
Jul 11, 2016 Always thought Swifty and Kuniva were solid throughout. Last time I listened to their music was that 'Fame/Going Crazy' and 'Hit Me With Your Best Shot'. But they were great back in the day.
Jul 11, 2016 They're obviously better with Eminem, he brings them together however I honestly think they're quite underrated, We all know Bizarre isn't great haha but I think the rest are really solid. Always felt Kuniva was slept on
Jul 11, 2016 D12 are the most average rappers oat, only made good music cause of Eminem and the production. Devils Night is dope but overrated and World is trash af.
Jul 11, 2016 At least Bizarre was kinda unique and funny 2 listen 2 despite having no replay value. Kuniva and most the other rappers were so average and boring it was awful.
Apr 22, 2017 I absolutely loved D12 back in the day. Even held Proof up when he crowd surfed at their UK album release party for D12 World. Btw, this was also the earliest I think I can trace back Em's lust for acapella. He performed his verse of Git Up acapella before replaying the whole song with D12 is it was intended. As a group I still like them but I do wish Em would actually involve them more. Individually though I think they're trash. And the obvious Bizarre issue. He's s---, no question. Only one song I think his presence was valid in and that's Rap Game ft 50 Cent where he took more of a narrative role at the beginning and end compared to an actual verse.
