Oct 13, 2016 some music theory: Kanye sings Cudis Part in the key of the song Father stretch my hands, autotune helping him keeping the pitch Your clyp version took Cudis part from the original Waves song which is in a totally different key, Thats why it sounds dissonant and offkey. Good Job layering the vocal on top but you need to either pitch it or use tools like autotune or melodyne to correct the key of the vocals to fit the beat (or other way around)
