And this album should be on a par with "MMLP" and "The Eminem Show" in his discography? 50 Cent and Drake release such material and call it mixtape. "The Re-Up" was also originally planned as a mixtape from the label. I would not have a problem with this release if it was called a mixtape. But this is an official solo album !!! Why did he call it an album ???

Sep 17, 2018 Why do we still have this discussion in 2018? Mixtapes and albums are, for all intents and purposes, the same thing. Everything goes on streaming services now, so how would you even discern between the two? The only things I would consider true "mixtapes" at this point is stuff like Dedication 6 where an artist is rapping over other people's beats.
