    He was shouting more on recovery. His normal voice on relapse: insane & underground don’t sound far from the same flow as songs on recovery

    The way his voice was layered was just too many layers of shouting. That why the mixing and quality sounds worse than say his voice on insane or underground. Sounds corse and compressed

    Looked at the track list I’m sticking with mostly slim because I only counted 2 tracks that I would say is Marshall, and that’s deja-vu and beautiful

    It's not like it changed by itself, he created a different style and sounded different on purpose.
