Jan 26, 2016 The album is f---ing amazing The throwaways were f---ing amazing The features were f---ing amazing Sure since 2011/2012 we have been given some gems but in my opinion this is the best era Drake has ever had. The views era still on-going and we dont know whats gonna happen between now and his next album but d--- @DrakeSXN discuss
Jan 26, 2016 if he followed up his 2014 throw away run with views, i would say yes. prob not anymore tho, the throwaways and features in the take care era were crazy
Jan 26, 2016 views is gonna be better than take care no question imo but all the features and throw aways in that era are gonna be hard to match for him now. remember this and this etc.
Jan 26, 2016 Fam, for me it's getting to the point where it cant meet the expectations i'm setting in my own head. Like to me this could potentially be the biggest rap album of this decade
Jan 26, 2016 Oh, we're referring to that? I agree then The fact that Club Paradise was released as a freebie speaks volumes
Jan 26, 2016 word i can see that, but he's better at making the type of music he was making on take care now than he was then. the genre itself has matured too. aside from the a1 cuts like marvin's room, some of the work he did with partynextdoor (recognize) is an example of the take care sound matured and made better. but you don't need to look any further than the stuff majid jordan is coming out with, and a lot of it is carried by the production house. 40 is a GOAT, he's going to put this s--- on steroids. theres a reason this album has taken so long imo.
Jan 26, 2016 the fact its still getting more buzz without anything official is crazy. If 5 songs on Views are on the level of Marvins room i'll be satisfied
Jan 27, 2016 To be completely honest I don't think so. It's possible with Views but I don't think it'll surpass the TC era. I think Views will be a solid album but he'll have to do a lot more than drop a great album to surpass that 'era'.
