If Eminem actually responds (I feel like it's 50/50), Joe Budden is definitely coming out of retirement with a diss track. Who do you think would win?

    I got Joe

Joe had the content but spent it on a podcast. I feel like it would have been difficult for Em to come back from a diss using the material Budden ranted about. But it's not as effective hearing it for a second time. I don't think Em has much on Joe unless Royce sells Joe out.

The internet would ignore any song Joe Budden releases (maybe not even listen) and side with Eminem’s inevitable six minute doubletime verse that sounds almost identical to The Ringer.

I’ll be a stalemate unless Joe has Adonis levels of dirt on Eminem, which is quite possible

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out. Em poked a ton of people so you would assume he was prepared for fallout. He's made himself vulnerable in a way he hasn't been in a long time, but he put himself out there and has to follow through to maintain this image. I don't think Joe will make a song. He killed Em with a podcast. This is 2018 and Budden is right to say Eminem is no longer in control. Now if Em jabs at him some more... this could get interesting. Joe will win. Em's fanbase won't notice.

I love Em to death but Joe is a crazy son of a b---- with A LOT pent up and I don’t think eminem is built for the type of s--- Joe would subject him to. This is the same man who went at Drake with like 3, 15 minute diss tracks and all 45 minutes was fire.

Eminem is gonna regret Kamikaze. He was tame for the past 15 years, but with it came an unspoken agreement not to touch him so you wouldn't set him off. Now that he's baited like 60% of the industry, he's going to be constantly challenged to prove it. If Em disappears again now he's gonna look so bad.

Joe’s arguably my favorite rapper, but Eminem would win. Joe is the kinda rapper Eminem needs to inspire him. He’s a lyricist.

Budden already lost. Eminem will win. Nothing anyone can do. Social media controls the universe now. It's the new gladiator audience. Whoever wins them over, wins the fight. It's insane how much love eminem is getting right now on social media. Buddens twitter is full of support now, only because none of these kids really know or care who he is to visit him at this exact moment.

Wait until Eminem drops a full fledged diss. Buddens feed will soon look like MGK'S. It will be troll after troll. Budden is bitter as h---. How many record deals this guy get and could never make anything happen?

Hes a failure as a rapper and blames everyone else. He had to use his connection to eminem to even get the job he has now, and had to s--- all over the guy who signed him to get a buzz. He actually owes Eminem his career at this point. He talks about content? Where is Royce content? Ortiz content? Crooked content? What is he even talking about.

Would be one of the best beefs ever, to be honest. I don't think either would win in a landslide victory.

Em holds the upper hand though. Joe Budden is trying to gain the upper hand by getting Em to drop an entire song. Joe would use that entire song for rebuttals and flips.

Em should take little jabs to provoke Joe. The MGK diss will end up being the most viewed song for a day or two, easily....

Use it to diss MGK, and on the diss take a few jabs at Joe. Provoke Joe to make the song and get out of retirement. Have Joe show his cards first.

If Eminem goes in on a full song first vs Joe, he will lose. Joe will have a huge advantage.

I'm definitely not much of a Budden fan anymore, but he'd wash Em in a battle. Eminem only sounds better on the new album...his lyrics are still mostly forgettable nonsense. He's still just rhyming s--- for the sake of rhyming.

Joe lost all credibility by copping out and responding with a rant on a podcast.

He also seems unable to get his story straight, saying that he joined Slaughterhouse for “respect only” and strongly emphasizing that he didn’t want the money or fame and then turning around and bitching about how Eminem never adequately promoted either the group (“why didn’t we get a tour with him?”) or him as an individual (“why didn’t you shout my name out?”).

He said a lot of truth about the label situation in the podcast but is clearly lying through his teeth about why he had animosity torwards Eminem — he thought he was a better rapper (probably true at the time) and was envious of Eminem’s fame and fortune despite that.

Joe gets bodied in almost all his beefs. The thing about Joe is he never admits when he gets washed up.

I was gonna say Budden for sure but this is a good point. I wonder if there's anything Budden held back? He seemed pretty pissed and like he was laying it all out though.

The only thing he seemed to hold back is the dynamic between him and Royce in this context. He seemed to be ranting and speaking pretty freely.

He comes across too emotional to be as calculated as Pusha T was with the Drake beef...
