May 20, 2017 Tomorrow is the billboard music awards. With every music award show we all speculate for an Eminem announcement, but we're heading into Summer with still no word on anything, since October. If he announces his album (and even does a surprise performance) tomorrow he will steal the show and generate massive hype. There isn't a better time in the near future to make the announcement then tomorrow night. If there isn't an announcement tomorrow I won't be expecting anything until atleast the Fall season.
May 20, 2017 I don't and you should stop. The guy rarely releases anything and when he does it leads to three months of complaining. All the more reason to stop thinking about Eminem and go outside.
May 20, 2017 What is this forum's obsession with award shows? The only Em albums announced during award shows were Encore and MMLP2. MMLP, Devil's Night, Eminem Show, Relapse, Recovery, HTS were all announced without a commercial in some awards show.
May 20, 2017 also "make an announcement tomorrow and even make a surprise appearance"? if you tell that to Paul and Shady Camp they'll probably punch you in the face...they still using 2005 promotional tactics, they don't know how to create hype in 2017. They even announced the album 7 months ago and still no word about it, the hype officially died
