Feb 9, 2016 Do you still hope for Eminem to collaborate with certain artists or do you feel like that ship has sailed. Personally a lot of the 'dream' collaborations I feel the opportunity has passed. Like an Em/Nas feature these days doesn't really appeal to me. Most of the time my thoughts in regards to him collaborating with someone else are 'ehh would have been cool years ago'. I was excited for the Busta collab and that song f---in s----d. I listened to it once then never again. The Tech one was pretty average too. I'm more interested in him focusing on himself currently. Hook collabs he's kind of overdone as well in recent years. Do you still hope for certain collabs?
Feb 9, 2016 I liked Calm Down. I'm still hoping for a Nas and Kanye collab, but I'm not holding my breathe.
Feb 9, 2016 I often wonder how a Kanye and Em collab would sound. I feel like it's a bit of a weird combo imo but something out of the ordinary (which Kanye specializes in) might just be what he needs to reinvigorate him.
Feb 9, 2016 Opposites sometimes have the best outcome when put together Even if Ye just produces a beat for him, it'd bring some life into his music imo.
Feb 9, 2016 Would you prefer a Kanye collab production wise or feature wise. I guess both would be dope I guess but I think I'd prefer Em over Kanye production
Feb 10, 2016 His collab with Busta wasn't bad just because of Eminem. Busta fell harder than EM did. I don't listen to that song neither. As for WWC 2, it was f---in good. Eminem's verse was great. Even though I'm not fan of rapid spitting the song kinda needed that flow and his was f---in' awesome. Now I'm gonna listen to it..
Feb 10, 2016 Yes yes and Yes...Im this close to writing a letter to Shady Records lolMarshall cant go out like this man
Feb 10, 2016 i agree that songs with Nas and stuff would have been dope 10 years ago but I still welcome it. Also newer artist like Jon Connor and Anderson Paak. he should be working with them as we speak
Feb 10, 2016 The only collab I'm mildly interested in is one more with Kendrick on a more serious track I'd love them on a hard beat something with a similar vibe to this Or something like the you don't know beat
Feb 10, 2016 Calm Down was ruined by that beat, otherwise it could've been an amazing track. As for collabs, I agree in the sense that the collabs most of us have wanted to hear since forever are too far gone, I'm doubtful we'll see Em/Kanye, Em/Nas, Em/Drake, etcetera (though they aren't impossible, we did get Em/Weeknd). But despite the probability that we'll never see the long-awaited collabs, I'd still want to hear the more probable collabs. I'd love an Em/Jon Connor track (I believe it's been rumored before that this may happen on Connor's debut), as well as another track with Danny Brown.
Feb 10, 2016 same. a Kanye collab would be fantastic, especially over Kanye production (or something they both produced??). not the biggest fan of thug but it'd be interesting as f--- considering how different they are. plus it'd be nice to see Em branch out to the newer artists. I think Em needs to reach out to more new cats. I'm glad he hooked up with Kendrick (say what you want but I thought the song was great). Now I'd love if he did more with Drake.
Feb 10, 2016 thats a good point about newer artists... and honestly i would love for him to sign someone to shady that young and hungry. Would love a drake collab. He really has to stop with yelawolf, sluaghterhouse and these dusty rap collabs.
